Services and Inspections
LGV Fleet Inspections
As part of the fleet check / interim inspection Millar provide an affordable way to check your LGV fleet to insure you have no prohibitions against your company name.
Pre-Delivery / Purchase
Millar’s team carry out a two part vehicle inspection which checks that the vehicle meets the clients build specification and quality control which includes service items and ancillary equipment.
Asset Agreement Inspection
Millar Europe Ltd has a wealth of experience in organising and conducting asset agreement inspections for a substantial portfolio of banks, brokers and other financial organisations throughout the UK and Europe.
Comprehensive Inspection
Millar can help make the decision of buying or selling vehicles easier by having a PVI. Customers require peace of mind and insurance that the vehicle in question is roadworthy and has no hidden defects.
Cosmetic Inspection
The cosmetic inspection covers a full external and internal check to identify minor and major impact damage, excessive wear, defects and missing parts. This inspection is ideal for vehicles covered under a maintenance package as customers require vehicles to be free from damage and repaired to a good standard. Millar’s team can provide an estimate at the time of inspection and request damage payment upon completion. ( If requested to do so by the lessor / customer ).
End of Lease Inspection
Millar’s team will carry out a full independent end of lease inspection to ensure the asset in question is returned meeting the criteria listed in the contractual return conditions between lessee and lessor. Millar’s team cover the UK mainland and Ireland. We also cover Europe (Additional costs will apply)
Fleet Check / Interim
The fleet check / interim inspection is a pre service, mot, mid-term, check to ensure the customers fleet is fully road worthy and legal. The interim inspection is designed to check a number of vehicles / assets together and provide a full report for each vehicle / asset. We can inspect up to eight vehicles / assets in any one location in a day, ( Subject to Vehicle type ). Millar can offer this service seven days a week.
Mechanical Inspection
The Mechanical Inspection covers a full check of Engine, levels and under body to identify minor and major worn / damaged items. Any road safety defects listed on the report will be identified to the customer at the time of inspection to give adequate time to rectify faults.
Personal Vehicle Inspection
Millar can help make the decision of buying or selling vehicles easier by having a PVI. Customers require peace of mind and insurance that the vehicle in question is roadworthy and has no hidden defects.
Re-Inspection
One part vehicle inspection to check that all items listed on an end of lease of Inspection have been rectified and to a commercial repair standard.
Valuation
Millar’s team will carry a full independent inspection listing all defects found on the vehicle at the time of inspection.
Van Fleet Inspections
As part of the fleet check / interim inspection Millar provide an affordable way to check your van fleet to insure you have no prohibitions against your company name. Day rates are available to check up to 10 vehicles.
